Congratulations on your acceptance into USciences! Soon you'll join the ranks of generations of USciences alumni who are proven everywhere. Below you will find all of the resources you need to successfully enroll at USciences.

Accepted Undergraduate Student Checklist

Congratulations! Your hard work and dedication have paid off. Now it's time to get ready for this next exciting stage in your life. There's a lot to do before your first day of class, so we've prepared a helpful checklist, highlighted some important deadlines to keep in mind, and provided information on resources that can help.

Submit your enrollment deposit

Reserve your place in the first-year class by  submitting your enrollment deposit online or submitting the forms in your accepted student package. This year’s enrollment reservation is $500.

Explore your residence life options

Learn more about our modern and fully equipped residence halls. Housing Policy: All unmarried first and second year students under the age of 21 whose permanent address is beyond the 30-mile commuting range are required to reside in University housing for the first 2-years. 

Submit a housing deposit

To secure a spot in one of our campus residence halls, please submit your housing deposit online by May 1st.  The housing deposit is $200. Review the student housing agreement

Apply for financial aid

You may complete the FAFSA beginning October 1st.  Contact the Financial Aid Office to ensure that you have filed all necessary paperwork to secure a student loan.  They will notify you of steps to take to complete the Master Promissory Notes and Entrance Counseling.

Send Us Any AP, IB, or CLEP Scores, and any official college transcripts

Send us these as soon as they become available so we can schedule your classes accurately.

Complete your Student Health Record

Check your email in the spring for more information. Contact the Student Health and Counseling Center with any questions at: 215-596-8980

Complete the math and writing placements

Check your email in the spring for information about the required math and writing placements.

Some programs require you to review the Essential Functions / Technical Standards

If you are an Occupational Therapy, Pharmacy, or Physical Therapy student, please review the Essential Functions / Technical Standards.

Attend Orientation

Spend two days on campus getting to know your future classmates, learning all about USciences, and having a great time.  Check your email in the spring for links to register for one of the 2017 orientation sessions.  Transfer students will receive their Orientation dates in the mail.

Accepted Graduate Checklist

Congratulations again on your acceptance to USciences. You are about to join a world-class community of scholars, researchers, and expert practitioners working at the cutting-edge of science and healthcare. There's a lot to do before classes begin, so we've prepared a helpful checklist to make sure you have everything you need to successfully enroll at USciences.

Submit your enrollment deposit

Officially reserve your place at USciences by submitting your enrollment reservation online  or through the mail within two weeks of your acceptance.  A nonrefundable $150 deposit is required.  This deposit will be credited toward your first semester’s tuition.

Apply for financial aid using the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

Contact the Financial Aid Office to learn more about financial aid options for graduate students.

Attend Orientation

Check your email for Orientation dates. Don't miss this chance to meet your future classmates, get advising from program faculty, register for classes, and learn all the essentials about graduate student life at USciences. Online students are welcome but not required to attend orientation.

Complete your student health record

Visit the Student Health and Counseling Center website or call 215-596-8980 with any questions. Enroll in the University’s Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) or provide proof of insurance.

International Students: Submit a certification of finances form in order to receive an I-20

International Students: Attend Orientation

All international students must attend both the International Student Orientation and the New Student Orientation. Meet your future classmates, get advising from program faculty, register for classes, and learn all the essentials about graduate student life at USciences. Please make plans to be on campus the week prior to the start of classes.

Placement Exams

Graduate students in biochemistry, chemistry, and pharmacognosy should schedule placement exams with Dr. McKee prior to the start of classes by contacting Dr. McKee at j.mckee@usciences.edu

Review Technical Standards / Essential Functions

Professional students in OT, Pharmacy, PT and PA  will need to review technical standards / essential functions prior to beginning class. Please select your program from the list below:
